30-Day Return Window

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Important: International orders are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted for orders shipped outside the United States.

Without Return Protection, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or you may ship at your own expense.

  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select items to return and choose your refund method
  4. Print your return label (free with Return Protection)
  5. Ship your items back in original packaging

Return Requirements

Items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • In resalable condition with all tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • International orders (all sales final)

Return Shipping

With Return Protection ($2.98 at checkout):

  • Instant prepaid label generation
  • No shipping costs deducted from refund

Without Return Protection:

  • Purchase return label through portal for $8, OR
  • Ship on your own using any carrier
  • Shipping cost may be deducted from refund/store credit

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make it easy:

  • Select any replacement item with your 5% bonus credit
  • If the exchange item costs more, simply pay the difference
  • If it costs less, receive the difference as store credit
  • Out of stock items: Choose store credit or refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@flexwolf.co if you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong items shipped

We'll provide a FREE prepaid return label and full refund or replacement with no handling fees.
