RETURN POLICY
At FLEXWOLF, your satisfaction is our top priority — we want you to feel confident and proud of every purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, free of any blemishes, and still has the original tags attached. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2–7 business days after we receive your return at our facility.

Exchanges & Availability
Items are not reserved in advance for exchanges. All exchanges depend on stock availability at the time your return is processed. -
We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange a refund will be issued for the items returned

Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be: -
Unworn

Unwashed
-
Have original tags attached

Be free of stains, damage, or any blemishes
If not, they will be rejected and donated, as we cannot resell them. -
Unauthorized/Invalid Returns
Items that: -
Were not sold by FLEXWOLF.

Or are not in original condition will be donated, and no return or exchange will be processed.

Return Activity Monitoring
We monitor return and exchange behavior. -
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges or apply fees if there’s any unusual, abusive, or excessive activity.

One Order = One Return

Returns must be submitted separately for each order.

If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please create a return request for each one individually.

Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that doesn’t meet our return policy guidelines. -
Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
Original shipping charges from your order are not refundable. -
Return Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed. -
Personal items aren't eligible for returns
- We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if original items are not received in original condition
- We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, If the item(s) are out of stock for the exchange a refund will be issued for the items returned
- You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed
- We do NOT refund original shipping charges when your order was first placed.
Return Packaging Note:
Please ensure your return is packed in the original polymailer or a bag/box of the same size and dimensions.
Using a larger or oversized package may result in extra shipping charges from the courier, which will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
We recommend reusing the original packaging whenever possible to avoid unnecessary fees.
